Backgroud: As enterprise producing and developing organic silicon, Jiangxi Xinghuo organic silicon factory owns organic silicon equipment with an annual capacity 70kt/a. Caustic so do equipment with 20kt/a, methylamine equipment with 5kt/a and 4 boilers with 35kt/a, 2 generator group with 6000kw. With 70kt/a organic silicon monomers equipment producing at large scale, by-product and higher boiling compound will be increased, annual output is about 1473t/a. According to the principal “governing environment, comprehensive applying”. It is pressing to treat the by-product and higher boiling compound especially 100kt/a organic silicon monomer will be set up soon.
Out look:
a. Negative factors which counteract the production of organic silicon monomers will be solved electively after a set of 2000t/a equipment to deal with by-products and 2000t/a equipment to deal with higher boiling compounds are set up.
b. Environment for production and life will be improved greatly after the project is completed.
c. 5360t/a HCl and 44000t/a steam was by-produced.
