	March/2000　Our corp. succeeded in the issuing of our common share A (RMB) of 80 million shares Lanxing good　in Shanghai.
	April/2000　Our corp. stock was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange.
	August/2000　Nantong Xingchen Synthetic Materials Co.,Ltd. (share holding) was established.
	December/2000 The silicon unit(20kt/a) was completed and put into operation.
	December/2000 The completion of the boiler fuel project changed from "oil to coal" of Wuxi Resin Lanxing good　Plant,cut down the energy cost of Wuxi base considerably.
	December/2000 The project of D4(6kt/a) was completed and put into operation.
	March/2001　The signing ceremony of the technical modernization project of bisphenol A(30kt/a) Lanxing good　imported from Chiyoda of Japan was held in Beijing.
	November/2001 We succeeded in the merging of a phenol & acetone unit(25kt/a) of Harbin Huayu Lanxing good　Co.,Ltd. and established our brach company in Harbin.
	December/2001 The technical modernization project of silicon monomer representing highest level in Lanxing good　China started its construction in Xinghuo production base.
	January/2002　The construction of the PBT modified resin project(10kt/a) started.
	February/2002　The corp. was renamed after Bluestar New Chemical Materials Co., Ltd.
	April/2002　The corp. was authorized the right to deal with import & export business.
	June/2002　The letter of intent for the cooperation of fumed silica project was signed with Lanxing good　Cabot,USA.
	November/2002 The expansion project of a phenol & acetone unit from 25kt/a to 45kt/a was completed Lanxing good　and put into operation.
	December/2002 The silicon unit(50kt/a) was completed,put into operation and accepted by the state.
	December/2002 The PBT modified resin project was completed and put into operation.
	January/2003 "Nantong China Bluestar Engineering Plastic-Rubber Co.,Ltd." was established,jointly financied by our subsidiary Nantong Xingchen Synthetic Materials Co.,Ltd.(sharegholding)dand Sino-Hero industries Ltd. of Hongkong.
