◆Reinforced modified PBT resin
Application condition:The baking of the product has to be done before putting it into injection for the best quality.It is recommended that keeping drying for 4-5 hours under 120-140℃ until final moisture content is less than 0.05%.The dried PBT should be used as soon as possible .It must be baked again if the dried PBT is exposed in open air for over 30 minutes.The proportion of return material shall be controlled within 10-25%,which should also be dried,clean and no impurities.The mould temperature should be between 60-80℃.The injection moulding shall be done by low temperature,medium speed and high pressure.
Packing and storage:packaged with paper plastic composite bag(net wt.25kg/bag),stored in dry and cool warehouse and prevent from water,dirts and direct light.It can not be put together with easy inflammable and corrosive matters.
